Your banking will continue without interruption after the transition.

  • Your accounts, and BSB remain unchanged
  • You can use your existing Internet Banking details to log into Police Bank Internet Banking
  • There are no changes to fees or charges
  • No change to your current loan interest rates
  • All payee information and scheduled payments are unaffected
  • You can continue to use your Bank of Heritage Isle Visa Debit or Credit cards without interruption. When your card is due for renewal, it will be replaced with a Police Bank-branded card

If you are already registered for Bank of Heritage Isle Internet Banking, your log-in details (membership number and password) remain unchanged.

You will be able to access Internet Banking through the Police Bank website, www.policebank.com.au.

Will my banking be affected?

Your banking will continue without interruption.

  • Your accounts, and BSB remain unchanged
  • You can use your existing Internet Banking details to log into Police Bank Internet Banking
  • There are no changes to fees or charges

How do I access or register for eStatements?

When the transition occurs eStatements will be accessed through the Police Bank website at www.policebank.com.au.

To register for eStatements, simply follow the instructions that you’ll receive in the letter enclosed with your first Police Bank statement.

Does the way I access Internet Banking change?

When the transition to Police Bank is complete, you’ll need to access Police Bank Internet Banking.

All your accounts and payment details will be visible when you log in using your existing details – your member number and password.

How do I register for Internet Banking?

Call us on 134 374 and we’ll get you set up. Be sure to have your member number handy.

Who do I call now for help?

For now, you can call our team on 134 374. After the transition to Police Bank you can use 131 728 or 134 374 and your call will be answered by the same Australian based Contact Centre team, but now under the Police Bank name.

What happens to my existing payment arrangements?

All your regular payments, direct debits or direct credits information will be automatically migrated to Police Bank.

Saved payees will also be migrated and visible when you log into Police Bank Internet Banking.

Will my products change, will there be new fees and charges?

No. There are no changes to your banking products or fees and charges.

Will my member number and other details change?

There will be no changes to your member number. Your accounts and BSB number also remain unchanged. Make sure you know your member number – it’s your key to accessing services including Internet Banking, our Mobile Banking App and eStatements.

What will happen to this website?

After the transition to Police Bank, the Bank of Heritage Isle website will no longer be available, and you’ll need to go to policebank.com.au.

If you do visit this website, you’ll find some information on where to go and what to do next. Until then, you will be able to visit and use our site with no interruption.
